In addition to these general competition rules, other specific terms and conditions may also apply. We will post any such specific competition rules on our website. 1. You must be over 18 years of age and be registered to attend the Mobile World Congress 2014 to enter the Fitbit Challenge. 2. Employees of Fitbit and any company associated to the specific competition and their families are not eligible to enter the competition. Anyone who has won a prize on any preceding day of the Mobile World Congress shall not be eligible to a second prize. 3. Only one entry per person is permitted, this Challenge is for individuals only, not for companies or teams entered into the Fitbit corporate section of the Fitbit website. 4. The closing date for the challenge is midnight on each day of the Mobile World Congress event. A day is from 12.00 to 12.00. This does not include half days or days prior to or after the event. 5. The winner of the Fitbit Challenge ‘daily steps’ competition will be the first and second placed participant with the highest number of steps counted by the close of the days competition. This is only applicable to participants who sync before the deadline. 6. The winner of the Fitbit Challenge ‘social media prize’ will be the person who Tweets the largest amount of information and/or the most interesting account of their own Fitbit Challenge experience at Mobile World Congress daily. Prize winners will be announced by Fitbit during the Mobile World Congress and after the event closes. 8. Winners will be formally notified (by email or post) within 21 days of the closing date.
