beds are now surplus inventory. Furnish an aspiring student’s room or

All furniture offered during this sale will be sold as is , on a first come, first serve,
cash-and-carry basis. Quantities of some items will be limited. No refunds or
exchanges will be extended, and furniture is without warranty. Credit/debit
cards and checks will not be accepted. Local and state sales tax (8%) will be
included in the purchase price. Please contact us regarding Tax Exempt
Organization purchases.
Parking will be available in L Lot (photo, lower left). Limited parking will be
available for vehicles with trailers.

Use Alumni Circle entrance. Proceed to the traffic
circle and turn right onto Conservatory Drive. Bear
right at the stop slgn onto Towers Skyline Drive. Turn
sharply right onto Flora Brown Drive halfway up the
hill and proceed to stop sign. L Lot is on the left.
Trucks 24’ and longer and vehicles with trailers over
20’ in length
Use College Circle entrance (approx. 1/2 mile south
of the Alumni Circle entrance). Proceed to the stop
sign. Turn left onto College Circle and continue on
Flora Brown Drive to stop sign. L Lot is on the right.
