Bridge to MU Application The Bridge to MU program is a transition program developed specifically for first-time incoming freshmen who have established an accommodation plan with the Disability Center. This program takes place Monday, August 17th and Tuesday, August 18th, beginning morning and ending by late afternoon. Lunch will be provided on both days of the program for students. This program also includes information for parents/guardians. This will take place on the first day, Monday, August 17th separate from the student sessions. Parents’/guardians’ attendance to these sessions is not required for the student to participate in the Bridge to MU program. The additional sessions on Tuesday, August 18th will be for students only. Students accepted into the Bridge program will be allowed to move in to the residence halls early at no extra cost. Students should expect to move in the evening of Sunday, August 16 th. Final information and schedule of events will be emailed to students’ Mizzou email accounts if they are accepted into the program and have confirmed that they will attend. Early move-in costs will be covered by the Bridge program for students who participate in all sessions both days. If the program is not completed by students after moving in early, they will be responsible for the fees charged by Residential Life.
