the FOMA/Xi subscription required to use docomo Money Transfer (including, but not limited to packet communications charges). ● The minimum remittance amount is JPY 3,000 (including the transaction fee). ● If docomo Kouza usage restriction
settings are enabled, docomo Money Transfer cannot be used. Pages relating to remittances cannot be accessed if Access Restriction Service (i-mode Filter, Kids' i-mode Filter, or Web Filter) is used (except when the viewing of the site has been permitted
through the Access Restriction Customizer function). Access to pages relating to remittances cannot be restricted by sp-mode Filter Service. Please apply for service usage restriction of docomo Kouza at a docomo Shop or Information Center if you wish not
to make remittances. ● Pages relating to remittances cannot be accessed during international roaming. ● Access to the site may also be possible during international roaming as a result of enabling use via Wi-Fi but this service can only be used in Japan
and is not available overseas. ● Click here to check the countries to which remittances are possible and the remittance limits, beneficiary financial institutions, and available remittance/receiving methods for each country. ● The remittance limits are shown
on the remittance instructions screen of the docomo Money Transfer i-mode/sp-mode site. ● If the limits shown on this website differ from those shown on the remittance instructions screen of the docomo Money Transfer i-mode/sp-mode site, priority
shall be given to the ones on the remittance instructions screen of the docomo Money Transfer i-mode/sp-mode site. ● Please check the currency exchange rate on the remittance instruction screen after logging into Overseas Remittance on the docomo
Money Transfer i-mode/sp-mode website. Note that for currencies other than US dollars, the amount displayed on the remittance instruction screen is calculated from the exchange rate at the time remittance instructions are made, and is a reference only.
This amount may differ from the actual amount receivable. ● To remit money, various information is required, including the recipient's name, address, date of birth, telephone number, bank (payment agent) name, branch name, and account number (for
remittance to an account). Please be sure to check these details before making remittance instructions. ● Remittances to joint accounts and corporation accounts are not possible. ● When remitting funds with "Account Acceptance" to a non-resident of
the receiving country, be sure to enter the address and telephone number of the location (hotel etc.) where the recipient can be contacted (as the recipient's address and phone number). ● Once remittance instructions are complete, the remittance cannot
be cancelled. ● When the remittance is to be received at the counter, the recipient will need to take the "password" issued when remittance instructions are complete and an identification document to the bank counter to receive the funds. The remitter
must inform the recipient of the "password" at their own discretion. Be sure to keep the "password" secret from other people. ● If you make a mistake in the remittance instructions, or the recipient fails to receive the funds (including cases where the
acceptance period expires), please understand that transaction fee will not be refunded. ● When the remittance is to be received at the counter, if the funds are not received within 14 days from the day following completion of remittance instructions, the
remittance will result in "receipt failure", and the funds will be refunded to your docomo Kouza after the transaction fee and fees charged by the receiving bank to return the funds are deducted. ● With regards to your remittance instructions, DOCOMO is
unable to confirm the conditions of receiving. The recipient should contact the receiving financial institution. ● If Overseas Remittance History shows "receipt failure", it may be due to an error in the account name or number (if remitted to an account),
expiration of the receipt acceptance period (if remitted to a counter), etc. Please contact the docomo Information Center (0120-005-250) for details. ● Due to legal restrictions, measures by government or public bodies, war, accident, payment agent's
circumstances and so forth, we are not able to provide service in some cases. The remittance will be cancelled and the funds will be refunded to your docomo Kouza if receipt of remittance instructions has been finalized but it is found that one of the above
cases applies. ● Remittances are carried out via systems managed by DOCOMO contractors and can be received at financial institutions with affiliations to those contractors. Only customer information necessary for remittance processing will be provided to
contractors and affiliated financial institutions. ● DOCOMO can only accept instructions to remit money where the remittance is limited to the following purposes. Under no circumstances will DOCOMO remit funds when approval, authorization,
