1.MeeSeva
Objective:
 To enhance the accountability, transparency and
responsiveness to citizen's needs.
 To provide cost-effective methods of service provision
to the departments and agencies.
 To provide efficient and real-time MIS reports to the
Departments.
 To ensure quality and reliability of provision of services
through enforcement of mutually agreed SLAs.
 Ultimate objective is to bring public services closer
home to citizens, as articulated in the Vision Statement
of NeGP.(National e-Governance Project)
MeeSeva - Revenue Department Status:
 Operational in all 13 districts.
 4,218 Authorized MeeSeva kiosk centres are working.
 288 services (64 Revenue)
 3.70 Crores requests received so far.
 2.87 Crores requests belong to Revenue department (77.63% of total






MeeSeva transactions).
79.63 Lakhs requests disposed as Category-A (Across-The-Counter) –
(27.63%)
2.08 Crores requests received under Category – B (72.36%)
1.93 Crores requests are approved.
10.44 Lakhs requests are rejected.
2.61 Lakhs requests are under process & are within timeframe.
1, 56,181 requests only crossed timeframe (0.75%).
2.Aadhaar Seeding
Objective:
To seed the Aadhaar number of each Pattadar in the state in Webland software.
Benefits :

Generation of land ceiling cases .

ROR IB Registers with the photographs of farmers .

Identification of genuine Pattadars while issuing Loans, Registrations, benefits of Govt.
Schemes.

To generate acquaintances for crop subsidy, crop insurance, seeds and other commodity
subsidies.

Capturing phone numbers, Bank accounts so that we can provide the benefits directly
to the farmers


 Inventory of government lands.

7.1 INTEGRATION OF LAND RECORDS WITH SATELLITE IMAGES
 Digitized village maps of Kuppam constituency superimposed on satellite






imagery.
Print outs in A3 size sent to the field for marking sub divisions as per enjoyment.
Surveyors and village officers collected field data.
Integrated with Webland Records.
Integration of Spatial Data with Textual data completed for 4 mandals of Kuppam
Constituency. .
Further evaluation and expansion is under progress.

7.3 e-ajmoish Android Application for Crop Booking:
 An Android application is developed for fetching (crop data 1-31
columns) data and a pilot is running in 4 Mandals of Kuppam
Constituency.

 At Present around 48163 survey numbers crop data(1-31
columns) along with images and GPS coordinates captured.
