Quebec, Canada, whose name honors the residence of the royal
family in the United Kingdom. Paper production has been a part
of the town’s history since 1864, when the Windsor Mill became
Canada’s first chemical pulp facility. The region’s great depth of
experience for this craft ensured substantial growth.

Domtar’s 13 pulp and paper mills in North America.
• The mill has one pulp line and two paper machines, with an annual
paper production capacity of 641,000 tons and an annual pulp production
capacity of 447,000 tons.
• The Windsor Mill produces multi-purpose digital papers, copy paper,
envelope, and recycled content.
