Hi Everyone,
Are you dreaming of a great new

Twitter generation. You will soon be able to find
us on your favorite social media. We hope you will
join us and pass the word to your friends. Our
pages should be up sometime next week. Be sure to
like us on our Facebook page so we know you have
found us. We hope this step forward will give us a
chance to get to know you better and learn more
about how we can serve you better. This is a new
challenge for us so please be patient as we learn
the way in the social media world.
Once we have our Facebook and Twitter pages up
and running we look forward to having you give
us pictures of your sewing projects to share on
our pages. I know many of you make wonderful
projects that you would love to show to all your
sewing friends. Help us to keep our Facebook
page interesting by sharing your work with us.

Software classes will be held in Don Kauffman’s store on the last Wednesday of each month. The classes
are designed for the 6D software, but most things can also be done with the 5D software. We will be
primarily using the 6D Embroidery Extra with an occasional class using Stitch Editor or Digitizer or
other parts of the 6D Software System. Please do not hesitate to ask me for a class on anything that
interests you. You are invited to sit in on this class if you are interested in finding out more about the
software. Please register in advance so we can be sure to have enough seats.

Embroidery and Sewing Classes
Mosaic Clutch Purse
White on white embroidery on smooth vinyl creates subtle texture
on this adorable clutch. A recessed zipper looks professional and keeps
your stuff secure; use a scrap of vinyl or leather to make the fun tassel
zipper pull.
Plan on this class taking longer than normal as the embroidery takes
several hours to complete. The embroidery design will be provided.
There will be a kit fee for the vinyl. You will need to bring your own
choice of lining and other supplies. Be sure to get the supply list.

Embroidery on a Sweater
Have you thought about embroidering a sweater, but you were afraid to try? It is really easy to put embroidery on
almost any kind of sweater. Come and see some examples of embroidery on sweaters. You’ll learn how to pick the
right designs for the type of sweater you are working with. Learn which stabilizers can be used on a sweater and how
to choose the right design and stabilizer for different types of sweaters.
Pat has samples of various types of sweaters and different types of designs for each. This will be a lecture demo
class.

monograms and small designs. Bring the towels and fabric of your choice to create lovely
