Objectives:
Upon completion of the seminar, participants will
be able to:
1. Describe the mission and purpose of the DPHMP
for Delaware licensees.
2. Describe two ways to enter the DPHMP to support
both public and workplace safety.
3. Explain the enrollment process into the DPHMP
including basic monitoring requirements for
participants, treatment providers and employers.
4. Differentiate between the roles of Reliant
Behavioral Health (RBH) and the Board of Nursing.
5. Discuss 3-5 specific reasons why nursing must
reinvent itself.
6. Identify 4 specific behaviors, mindsets, and
patterns that no longer serve us.
7. Explain how nursing will evolve into a
“superpower” in healthcare.
8. Discuss an understanding of what a flipped
lesson is.
9. Identify basic tools to use to flip a classroom.
10. Identify risk factors linked to obesity.
11. Differentiate SMART Goals concerning fitness.
12. List 3 tips on healthy nutrition and exercise.
13. Describe best practice for effective facilitation
of debriefing following simulation in health
professions education.
14. Describe the process of the Delphi technique to
develop a peer-review debriefing instrument for
simulation healthcare education
