Congratulations: To all our students, staff, parents, community members
and friends of Dromana thankyou for the beautiful service that we had at Dromana
Primary School to mark the Anzac Day 100th Centenary.
Thankyou also to all who attended the Dawn service on Saturday and the
morning service at the Cenotaph. All services displayed the respect embodied in
our local community at such a significant time in our Nation’s history.

should be received no later than this Monday 4th May. Parent helper assistance on the day is always appreciated.

OUTSIDE SCHOOL HOURS CARE
It has been a busy start to the term once again. We have been pleased to welcome some new
children and their families. In term 2 we really notice how the children are more familiar with
Outside School Hours Care—the staff, the other children and the routines. The Preps are now
comfortable making their own way across to the hall at bell-time.
We would like to remind you of the Pupil-Free day on Friday 5th June, prior to the Queen’s
Birthday holiday on the Monday. Camp Australia will offer all-day care at the School, if enough children are booked in to attend
on the day. Any family interested, must be registered with Camp Australia on-line. If you want your children to attend, you
need to come into the hall to add your name to the “Expression of Interest’ list. Camp Australia will notify families if the service
will run on the day, dependant on numbers.
Thank you for reading this.
