Chimay Blue / Grand Reserve:
Named Grande Reserve, it is principally distinguished by its character of a
strong beer. This is a beer whose fragrance of fresh yeast with a light, flowery
rosy touch is especially pleasant. Its flavor, noticed when tasting it, only
accentuates the pleasant sensations perceived in the aroma, while revealing a
light but pleasant touch of roasted malt. This top fermented Trappist beer,
refermented in the bottle, is not pasteurized.

Chimay Red Premiere:
A Dark Belgian Strong Ale brewed by one of 6 only breweries in the world
officially entitled to call themselves an “Authentic Trappiste Breweries”. Since
1862 the Trappiste monks of the Chimay Abbey in have been brewing Chimay ale
combining the artesian water of Chimay Abbey with the fine barley malt and
aromatic blend of hops and Chimay’s uniquely cultivated yeast. Top fermentation
gives Chimay a distinctive fruitiness of flavor. Fresh yeast is added just prior to
bottling resulting in slight sediment which you can see. This secondary
fermentation in the bottle adds to the ale’s richness and body. The Trappiste
fathers of Chimay use exclusively natural ingredients. This product has neither
been pasteurized nor filtered. Serving suggestions: To fully appreciate Chimay’s
aroma and flavor, serve lightly chilled in a wide mouthed glass. Next time you’re
thinking “what light fruity wine will I have with this meal”, for a pleasant
surprise, try substituting a Chimay Red.

Chimay Trippel / Cinq Cent:
Named Cinq Cents, this beer with its typical golden color, its slightly hazy
appearance and its fine head is especially characterized by its aroma which
results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. The beer's
flavor, as sensed in the mouth, comes from the smell of hops: above all it is the
fruity notes of Muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive
aroma. The aroma complements the touch of bitterness. There is no acidity, but
an after-bitterness which melts in the mouth. This top fermented Trappist
beer, refermented in the bottle, is not pasteurized.

Duvel:
Duvel has a fruity dry aroma, owed to the finest hops, that reminds experts like
Michael Jackson of Poire William concerning its bouquet and pallet. Its dry but
still alcohol-sweet flavor makes the beer an excellent thirst-quencher, with a
pronounced hop aroma. Thanks to the balance between a fine aroma and subtle

Hoegaarden:
World renowned as. "The best of the white beers". The Hoegaarden history
starts around 1445 in the small village of the same name following a secret
recipe using the purest ingredients and locally grown wheat, the villagers
developed the original unfiltered white beer. Light and refreshing beer with a

Maredsous Blond:
In 1963, the Benedictine abbey of Maredsous entrusted the production and
sales of the famed Maredsous beers to Duvel Moortgat. The monks continue to
exercise strict control over its recipes and quality standards right up to today.
Regardless of what color or taste you choose, the Maredsous range has
everything to intrigue you. These aromatic, delicate, fruity and velvety beers
supplement each other in a perfect harmony as far as both color and taste
experience are concerned. The blonde Maredsous with 6% alcohol content, the
brown one with 8% alcohol content and the triple one with 10% alcohol content
ripen first for two full months before they depart to their final destination.
The specific bottle fermentation, refined by the brewery for its main brand
Duvel, also give the Maredsous abbey beers an extra dimension.

Benedictiner:
Like luminous amber suffused with orange highlights, Benediktiner Weissbier
sparkles in the glass, with an opalescent appearance lent by the natural
cloudiness of the yeast. Its rich, white head is characterized by a good density
and fine texture. The pot-pourri of aromas combines strong caramel notes, with
hints of honey and fruits, chief among them bananas and raisins. Each gently

Konig Pilsner:
König Pilsener is a truly authentic German Pilsener that was first sold by that
name in 1911, and is brewed with careful attention to traditional methods, but
expert quality control through the use of modern day technology. We’re proud
to bring you this world class example of the style. Expect a pale straw color
topped by a brilliant white frothy head. Look for a crisp, clean, classic pilsner
aroma showcasing notes of grassy, lemony hops, fresh-brewed grains, a slight
kiss of honey, and a very subtle yeasty mustiness in the background,
characteristic of Bavarian-style pilsners. The beer presents a solid bitterness
on the palate that is assertive but never sharp, with a lightly floral hop kick and,
like the aroma, a finishing note of honey. Ends clean with a refined hoppy finish

Perrier Eau Minérale Naturelle Gazeuse:

Perrier is a brand of bottled mineral water made from a spring in Vergèze in the
Gard département of France. The spring is naturally carbonated. Both the water
and natural carbonic gas are captured independently and in the bottling process,
the carbonic gas is added so that the level of carbonation in bottled Perrier is
the same as the water of the Vergèze spring.
Perrier is available in 200 ml bottles. All Perrier bottles are green and have a
distinctive 'teardrop' shape. It is one of the most common bottled waters in
France.
