LOTTERY AND ACCEPTANCE
If EAGLE College Preparatory Schools receives more applications than there are seats available, we will hold a random
lottery as required by law. Once the first lottery is held on February 19th, we will contact all families to notify them of
their enrollment status. All applications received after 5:00 p.m. on February 18th, 2015 will be entered into the second
lottery to be held on April 2nd. All applications received after the second lottery deadline will be waitlisted by the date
they are received. Accepted families will be required to attend an information session to receive important documents
and complete enrollment paperwork. More information will be sent out via mail at a later date.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. Am I allowed to apply to both campuses at the same time?
Yes, please check the box next to both campuses at the top of your application if you wish to apply to both.
2. What happens if I get accepted to both campuses?
If you are accepted to both campuses, you must choose which seat to accept within 48 hours of notification.
3. Do I have to live in a specific neighborhood to attend either campus?
All children who reside within the boundaries of St. Louis City limits are welcome to apply to either campus.
4. When is my paperwork due?
This completed application must be returned by 5:00 p.m. on February 18th (first lottery) or by 5:00 p.m. on April 1st
(second lottery). After both lottery dates pass, all applications will be wait-listed in the order they were received.
5. How will I be notified of the lottery results if I am unable to attend?
You will receive a phone call within 24 hours of the lottery date, notifying you if your child has been accepted or waitlisted. Please make sure the phone number provided is current. You will have 48 hours to accept or decline your seat.
