Ontario Confederation of University Faculty Association Award – Call for Nominations
The OCUFA Teaching Award recognizes outstanding teachers, – graduate and undergraduate – in
Ontario universities. The deadline for receipt of nominations is May 22, 2015.
Research Data Management Talks at Western April 16
The Ontario Data Liberation Initiative Spring Training, being held at Western April 15-17, 2015, will
include sessions of interest to social science researchers: “Research Data Management: A
Backgrounder” and “The Evolution of Research Data Management Instruction at Carleton University,” at
1:00-2:30 p.m., and “Research Data Management - Data Management Plan Toolkit,” at 2:45-4:30 p.m.
All three talks will be held on April 16, 2015, in Room 2202, Spencer Engineering Building. Registration is
required
Canadian Macroeconomics Study Group Annual Meeting – Call for Papers
The 29th Annual Meeting of the Canadian Macroeconomics Study Group, hosted by CIREQ, will be held
on November 6-7, 2015, in Montreal. The CMSG invites papers in all areas of macroeconomics. The
submission deadline is May 31, 2015.
2015 ISEO Summer School
The Institute of Studies on Economics and Occupation’s I.S.E.O. Summer School, The Path to a
Sustainable Global Economy. Growth Strategies, Fiscal Stimulus and Experimental Monetary Policies, will
be held June 20-27, 2015, in Iseo, Italy. This 12th edition of the Summer School will feature three Nobel
Laureates. Scholarships are available. The registration deadline is April 21, 2014.
