Kate Elsdon of PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal will look at
how boards are handling the risk of inadequate governance
of their subsidiaries, focusing on specific actions by boards
to mitigate that risk.

and Stephen Bonner of KPMG (9 July) will talk about the
cyber security threat currently facing major companies,
forthcoming regulation and the practical steps boards
should be taking to counter this threat.
Corporate Values and Standards
Prof. Paul Moxey of London South Bank University will
cover the issues surrounding corporate culture and the
measures which boards should be putting in place in order
effectively to set the tone from the top.
