Mid-Year Performance Reviews
It is that time once again to evaluate your performance at the mid year. If you have
worked for NAF 90 days or longer than you will receive a mid-year performance review form your supervisor. We recommend that you keep your own personal log of
accomplishments throughout the year so you can pass the wonderful things you have
accomplished to your supervisor when your performance rating is due.
