Job Announcement – QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR - International (1 Position)
MNG Gold Liberia, Inc. is a mining company that is currently investing in Liberia to establish a mine in
Kokoya district. It is a member of the MNG Group of Companies in Turkey which is an established
company with vast investments in various countries in addition to the numerous contacts it is
fulfilling in Turkey.

Kokoya District, Bong County
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Quality Control Supervisor’s role is to ensure uniformed work compliance; Inspects work to
ensure conformance with specifications defined in the job package and that of inspection of work
when completed.
Key Responsibilities of role:
- Providing technical assistance to site personnel
- Quality control of products/equipment supplied to site
- Setting standards and project planning
- The ability to verbally communicate alarms or warnings clearly, concisely, loudly and quickly,
- Managing subcontractors
- Ensuring that maintenance is planned and executed to a high standards
- Effectively apply system to control the mining plant
- Meeting set targets

changing business needs.
Qualification/Experience required in achieving this Role:
Minimum Requirements / Qualification
- High school/Engineering degree
- Proven track record in leadership of engineering aspects on mining projects
- Good interpersonal relationship skills
- Contract management, project management and financial modelling skills
- Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
- Have in at least 6 years’ experience with a Mines & Works Act legal appointment
- Experience in trackless mining, equipment maintenance and management systems
- Good knowledge of construction operations
