ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The “Annual Conference and Trade Show” organized by Electric Mobility
Canada is the premier event for the electrification of transport in Canada.
EV2015VÉ Conference and Trade Show is designed to address the unique
challenges and opportunities of the industry and identify solutions appropriate
to Canadian needs and industrial capabilities in Canada. Our theme is
“INNOVATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE”, two items paramount to EV adoption
and market growth. EV2015VÉ provides dynamic interaction between
speakers and delegates, offers workshops for sharing best practices, to
advance common actions, and to build future partnerships.
This three-day event presents plenary sessions, technical sessions as well as special sessions aimed at academics, new
technology developers and vehicle manufacturers. This is your chance to experience some of the latest electric vehicle
technologies. The event is designed around a new interactive ambiance in order to generate B2B networking, lively
discussions and a stimulating Trade Show.
EV2015VÉ will be held in Halifax, where the Conference Organizing Committee expects to welcome over 250 delegates
representing governments, vehicle manufacturers, and suppliers of components, parts or professional services to the
electric vehicle industry, provincial and local utilities, fleet managers, other end users as well as research organizations
and academic institutions.

ABOUT THE EXHIBIT
Electric Mobility Canada invites industry partners to participate at the EV2015VÉ Trade Show taking place at the Westin Nova
Scotian, on May 25-26, 2015.
The Trade Show will be held in a central activity area – called “The Station” – which will be advantageous for manufacturers,
suppliers and fleet operators in Canada. EV2015VÉ Trade Show is thus conveniently located to facilitate ongoing contact
among conference attendees: near all presentations and dining area. Again this year, the Trade Show will be open to the public
at the end of the day on May 26.
Indoor Trade Show
“The Station” will be the heart of the EMC conference. Its
central will location will bring more attention to the Trade
Show and create a central space for all delegates. It is a
focal point for information and activities including
educational sessions, the Trade Show, refreshments,
luncheons, Awards, media centre, B2B networking, etc.
The prime location of “the Station” will make it easily
accessible to all categories of attendees (participants,
sponsors, exhibitors, media, students etc.).
Exhibitors have the choice of a standard booth or a booth
in the EV Tech Zone.
Located within the Station, our new EV Tech Zone is a hub
for technology and intelligence. This zone offers
participants and exhibitors a non-traditional networking
experience. Exhibitors are invited to display their products,
services and engage participants in tech demos.

Outdoor Trade Show
The outdoor Trade Show will exhibit the latest electric vehicles available on the Canadian market. This exhibition will be held in
the parking lot of the Westin Nova Scotian on the first two days of EV2015VÉ, on May 25-26.
