We encourage new members who are interested in the Olympic weightlifting group
sessions to come view any of our sessions for free to help you decide which setting best
fits your needs
IWC/ Coached by Gene
(M/W/F 10am-11am, Tue/Thur. 4:15pm- 5:15pm, M/W 6pm-7pm)
(Ironworks Weightlifting Club) A monthly coaching fee is required. This group includes a
variety of ages as well as experience levels. This is a Great way to start for beginners and to
learn new skills regardless of your fitness level. Often members who attend may use this
group for recreational use or general fitness for strength and conditioning.
Tom
(Tue/Thur. 6pm-7pm):
Must be member and no coaching free required. No experience is needed to train in this
group. Attending both sessions per week is recommended in order to make progress. This
group provides a blend of experience levels and the workouts generally move at a quick pace.
Heavy Athletics/ Tom
(M/W/F 4:30-5:45, Sat. 11-12:30):
Monthly coaching fee and pre-approval is required. This is a team of advanced lifters, and the
most intense and competitive lifting group we provide here at Ironworks. Great fit if you are
working towards a regional or national level.
Solo /Private training/ Sarah
(Pre- scheduled):
Per session or packaged session costs apply. This is a good way to start and makes
transitioning into a group session much easier. For those of you who want to make sure your
individual needs are met this would be a good fit for you.
Teen Camp/ Sarah
(Offered summer/ Specific vacation and holiday periods):
Coaching fee required. This group is for youth age / Teens. No experience needed. This is a
great way to improve strength and speed for any sport or get a start in the sport of Olympic
Weightlifting.
Intro to Olympic Weightlifting/ Sarah
Coaching free required. This group will run on a cycle. Anyone can start in this group it is for
ages 15 yrs and up, and no experience is needed. This is a great way to get a start in the sport
of Olympic Weightlifting and will prepare you to train on your own or enter a more advance
group once the cycle ends.
