Eurosystem Procurement Coordination Office (EPCO) (www.epco.lu) for a:
TRAINEE - COMMUNICATION ASSISTANT (m/f)
Fixed-term contract of 3-6 months (ref.: EPCO/Trainee/15)
Within EPCO, the successful applicant will be entrusted with the following main tasks:

Design the future internal and external Institutional Communication and Information framework
Identify promotional and marketing initiatives;
Manage the development of websites, intranets and other online platforms, for external and
internal communication;
Assist with the drafting, development and distribution of communication concepts, messages and
materials, both for internal and external communications;
Contribute to the preparation of training materials, workshops, presentations and exchanges with
networks managed by EPCO;
Drafting guidelines and defining processes for on-line publications
Qualifications, experience and competencies:

University degree in Marketing and/or Communication or a relevant field;
Working experience in a similar position (graphic design, web development, community
management, media/public relations) (in particular in an international or a national public
administration) would be considered as a strong advantage;
Excellent English, a good command of French would be an asset;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Ability to examine critically complex information from a variety of sources;
High motivation, strong aptitude for team work and the capacity to work autonomously;
Strong sense of initiative; attention to detail
