The network of Erasmus + Youth in Action National Agencies of is looking for 2 trainers/facilitators (1 female and 1 male) related to the following activity Erasmus+ Youth in Action LAB. The Erasmus+ Youth (E+ YiA) in Action LAB will be the meeting point for staff members of National Agencies working with Youth in Action related issues. It is planned that up to 150 colleagues of E+ YiA will come together for a three days laboratory with the following aims    to create an event which enables participants to learn mutually from each other’s practice and expertise, and furthermore to provide an environment where competence development is possible; to share ideas, concepts and initiatives used/developed for better implementation of the programme with regard to specific target groups and in relation to youth work and youth policy issues; to exchange about different practice, approaches and projects related to the implementation of the E+ YiA programme since 01 January 2014. The concept of competence development for Erasmus+ Youth in Action staff working on the content development of the implementation of the programme is the following: 1. NA staff has the competencies to link EU youth policy (E+ YiA specific objectives) and national youth policy with the E+ YiA programme implementation 2. NA staff have holistic understanding of E+ YiA and knowledge of the opportunities/links between different parts of the programme 3. NA staff are able to link European and national youth policy and practise, translating national to European and vice versa (based on 1. competence area) 4. NA’s strategic planning will improve and impacts positively sustainability of youth policy implementation and development 5. E+YiA NAs network has strengthened the identity and increased the quality of the contribution to EU/national youth policy development So, if     you are a trainer and facilitator with experience & knowledge about Erasmus+ Youth in Action of the youth field and youth policy developments, with competence development of staff with a job related focus, and in training and facilitating groups of such big size this is a call for you! This is a call to find 2 trainers and facilitators to facilitate the Erasmus+ Youth in Action LAB between 14th and 17th December 2015 in Hamburg/Germany. The Erasmus+ Youth in Action LAB will be co-organised by representatives of the National Agencies of Austria, Belgium Wallonia, Croatia, Germany in close cooperation with the SALTO Training & Cooperation Resource Centre.
