How much will it cost to go on a student exchange?
Please note that all costs are approximate, estimated in May 2015, and will vary according to country, city etc. You will need to
do your own research on the internet into usual living costs etc. at your specific destination. You don’t pay tuition fees to your host institution while you are
abroad. You apply to your funding body as usual, or if relevant pay tuition fees as normal to Edinburgh Napier University. However, it is your responsibility
to check with your funding body if there are any issues you should be aware of regarding the period while you are abroad.

OTHER SOURCES OF FUNDING
If you are interested in funding, look at the University website funding page. The Student Grant Initiative, Dame Joan Stringer International Student Travel Fund
and the Santander Mobility Scholarship tend to be the most likely possibilities, but please be aware that these funds are normally awarded to project type
activity rather than a regular exchange experience. Please also be aware that the European Recruitment & Exchanges team do not administer this funding and
all queries should be directed to [email protected].
