The Lancaster Handmade Market is a monthly outdoor market supporting locally-made arts and crafts, located at the corner of Broad & Main, by the bandstand in the center of historic downtown. We are looking for Ohio artists and craftspeople to display and sell their high-quality products. All types of goods are welcome, including but not limited to ceramics, paintings, photography, jewelry, metalwork, fabric, stone, woodwork, and more. ★ Work MUST be handmade in Ohio. No resell (buy and sell) permitted. Work will be juried. ★ Space fee $25/day or $125 for all six days ★ Vendors ★ We must provide their own tables, chairs, display items and anything else for their booth. are a family-friendly market. While at huge art festivals like the Columbus Art Fair it's not a problem to have several vendors selling competitive products, it just doesn't work at our Market. Therefore, if we already have a vendor selling a very similar item to yours, we cannot accept your application for the same date. Market visitors will be able to shop at both the Handmade Market and the Farmer's Market in one easy stroll downtown. For your fee the Market will provide only one 10ft x 10ft space. You must bring your complete set-up including tent (if used) tables, chair and anything else you need for display. For your safety, as well as that of your fellow vendors and our customers, all tents must be weighted. We can show you how to make inexpensive weights.
