Week at Nantucket Cliff Cottage!
Our summer cottage is ideally located within walking distance from the beach and
a short bike ride to town. The cottage has been in our family for over forty years.
Accommodations are basic yet comfortable, with three bedrooms upstairs that can
comfortably sleep a family of six, one and one-half baths plus an outdoor shower,
and an open living area downstairs with a full kitchen, cable television, and
fireplace. The house fronts onto Cliff Road near Crooked Lane, and is backed by
beautiful, open conservation land. Rental runs from Sunday to Sunday, no smoking
allowed. Rental is limited to family or group of mature adults. Well-behaved pets
are permitted. Ferry required. There is a $150 cleaning fee in addition to winning
bid. Currently available first three weeks of July. Mutually agreeable date.

bay in North Eastham is offered for an off-season weekend, subject to availability.
It is located at the end of a sandy lane in a quiet area of family cottages. The deck is just steps
from a beach access stair, shared with our neighbors. The cottage sleeps 6 with the loft area
accessed by a fixed ladder, in addition to a queen bed and 2 twin beds in the main floor
bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and a small charcoal grill is also available for
barbecuing. Includes washer/dryer, cable TV, VCR or DVD. Linens are not provided.
A cleaning fee of $50 will be required in addition to the winning bid.
No smoking, pets are negotiable.

Where's The Beef?
$25 Gift Certificate. Austin Brothers Valley cattle are raised on green pasture, fed hay, silage and
fresh water and are grain finished to 120 days for marbling and flavor. No hormones or feed
additives are used. Their beef is USDA inspected and dry aged for 14-21 days for tenderness
and taste. Beef products include Porterhouse, T-Bone, flank and skirts steaks, tenderloin, rib
eye, New York strip steaks, ground beef, soup bones, beef sausage and prime rib, tenerloin,
chuck and top round roasts. Pork products include pork chops, spare ribs, bacon, sausage,
smoked ham and ham steaks. Dog bones and suet are available for your animal friends. They
also feature seasonal vegetables and fresh eggs. Hot or composted manure and hay and corn
silage are also available.
