After the drop, children ages Birth-6th grade are invited to join in the fun and gather as many eggs as they can. Each egg will contain a piece of hard candy for their enjoyment. First Baptist Bryan will cordon off the eastern field adjacent to the church for the event. In the interest of fairness and safety, the field will be divided into four distinct zones for four different age groups. One zone for ages Birth-2, one for ages 3-5, one for children in Kindergarten-2nd grade, and one for 3rd-6th grades. In addition to the egg drop, all participants who register at one of the information booths will be entered into a drawing. There will be a winner drawn from each age group, with prizes including an RC helicopter. Along with the outside event, First Baptist Bryan will host two services on Easter Sunday. A traditional service will be held at 9 am preceding the drop, and a contemporary service will be held immediately following the event at 11 am. All participants in the event are invited to join First Baptist Bryan for either service.
