From the very beginning the Alyx system was designed to go
mobile with easy transport, set-up and operational features.
With its compact design and pre-attached solutions, Alyx is
uniquely positioned for efficient mobile red blood cell and
plasma collections. The specially designed stair-climbing
wheels on the Alyx cart help ensure Alyx can go wherever
you need. The Quick Connect System eases the movement
of Alyx on and off buses for mobile collections.
The CompoSeal Mobilea II radio frequency (RF) sealer is built
for the demands of a mobile setting and features a lightweight
(less than 3 lbs) and portable design combined with durable
rubber padding that can withstand the demands of busy mobile
drive. The power management system uses lithium-ion battery
technology to combine quality sealing performance and provide
up to 1,000 seals when fully charged.
Alyx enables you to collect test-ready components chair-side
and have the flexibility to collect the most needed components
based on each donor’s blood type and qualifications. Your
collection needs are dynamic; your collection system needs
to be as well.
The easy to operate CompoLab TS is a compact rapid
screening device designed to measure hemoglobin levels and
delivers accurate results within two seconds. The CompoLab
weighs only 1.1 lbs and can be used for up to 40 hours on a fully
charged battery.
