Gdansk School of Mural is a platform founded for discussions, developing painting skills and general integration of cultural environment. Its goal is to restore
mural’s primal role - sociopolitical art reacting on actual events, creating Gdansk School of Mural’s unique, original style in the same time.
Program beeing realised in cooperation with GDAŃSK 2016.

OUR GOALS ARE:
1. Integration, improvement of skills and education
of artists dealing with wall painting.
2. Reaching people who are into public space art,
especially street art.
3. Developement of mural art and promotion of young artist
involved in wall painting.
4. Being a voice of artists in important political, historic
and social matters.
5. GSM Is connected with Pomerania and Gdańsk.
6. Construction of our actions includes:
a) Raising free, open discussions concerning mural
and its role in society and art.
b) W
orking on themes and projects of annual
wall realisations.
c) Conducting technology and safety trainings
d) Realisation of 1-4 murals every year.
7. Acting with respect for ethic and religious standards and,
above all, historic and national values.
8. Shaping an attitude of openness and respect
for other people.
9. Extending social awareness of culture and art.
