The Craft Sale at Harderwyk Benefitting Neighbors Plus Saturday, November 8, 2014 9am – 2pm It is time again to start planning for The Harderwyk Craft Sale! We are looking forward to another great event! Sale Location: Har der wyk Ministr ies, 1627 W. Lakewood Blvd, Holland Our sale offers crafts, homebased businesses, and Sweet Treats, specialty chocolates, and candies (sale day sampling tray highly encouraged!). In effort to offer a wide variety of quality handmade arts and crafts, all applicants are encouraged to focus booths to a single theme or craft medium. For example all crochet items, all doll clothes, etc. Be sure to list ALL items you will be selling - all items must be pre-approved. Selling items NOT pre-approved may jeopardize your acceptance into the sale the following year. We require a photo of the items being sold. Table Coverings: Requir ed, please br ing your own. We require all crafters to stay open the entire time, leaving early may jeopardize your acceptance into the sale the following year. Your space will be held for you until 8:30am the morning of the sale. If you are not present or have not made prior arrangements with me, your space will be sold. Most of the booths DO NOT have electrical outlets. If you are in need of electricity, please contact me to see if we can accommodate you. If you are able to obtain electricity, you will have access to only one outlet and will need supply your own extension cords for up to 20 feet. Send NO MONEY at this time. Once your application has been r eviewed and the selection pr ocess is completed, we will send a contract to you by mail. At that time you will be required to return the signed contract with full payment by the date specified. Positively NO refunds 2 weeks prior to the sale. Last minute cancellations will receive a donation receipt for the amount paid. BBQ & chips lunch will be ser ved fr om 11:00 - 1:30. Lunch will be served in the red brick building and the Anchor building. When you arrive on the morning of the sale, there will be a lunch order form at your booth. If you would like, you can order lunch in the morning and we will serve it to your booth between 11:00 and 12:00. Both the Anchor kitchen and the red brick building kitchen will be open from 9:00 - 1:30 serving coffee, drinks and treats. Chocolates for A Chance to Win: Each year Neighbor s Plus will offer s Chocolates for a Chance to Win door prizes. We will sell $1 chocolates giving buyers a chance to win an item of their choice. All chocolate sale income will be designated to help a Neighbors Plus family. If you would be willing to donate an item to this cause, please be sure to mark that box on your application. Questions?
