It is requested to postpone the Submission Date. The request is granted, the new Submission Date shall be May 4, 2015. 2. Please clarify if Bidder is allowed to include a commercial offer in envelope no. 2 or only the Price Proposal Form that was issued by the IAA. Envelope no. 2 should include only the Bidder's Proposal Form which was issued by the IAA. 3. It is requested to clarify if Bidders should include in their proposals all of the documents that were issued by the IAA as part of the clarifications. Bidders shall include in their proposals any and all clarifications and/or Addenda that were issued by the IAA, including any attachments that were issued as part of such documents, all signed by initials and/or Bidders stamp or seal in each page, by the duly authorized signatory of the Bidder. 4. It is requested to clarify if all documents included in the proposals should be signed by Bidder. The Proposals must be submitted in 2 printed copies of which one will be clearly marked as an original. All Tender Documents (including the RFP, the Contract and any Clarifications and/or Addenda issued by the IAA) shall be signed by the duly authorized signatory of the Bidder by initials and/or Bidders stamp or seal on each page. In addition, Bidder's Statement Form and Price Proposal shall be fully signed by the Bidder in the designated place.
