receptionist can also offer ad-hoc secretarial support such as typing, scanning,

don’t have to go far to find it. The receptionist is a representative of your
company, so whether in person or over the phone you can be sure that your daily

Meeting Room Facilities
We offer our clients special rates for the hire of Russell Business Centre Meeting
room. Along with the room itself, you will be able to avail of the receptionist
services to professionally meet and greet your arriving clients and the use of the
waiting/breakout areas in between appointments.
Our contemporary new
meeting room can be rearranged to suit the nature of your booking and you also
have use of a digital projector should you require, as well as wireless internet
access. We will also provide complimentary bottled water, stationary and flip
charts. In addition we can organise any refreshments or catering requirements
with quotes submitted to you for approval before the meeting.
