developmentally appropriate activities & expectations, nurturing touch, effective discipline techniques &
alternatives to spanking & self-nurturing skills. Tracy currently works as a Parent Involvement Specialist for Early
Head Start. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Oregon University with a Major in Liberal Arts & dual
Minors in Psychology & Spanish.
