Each class will include strength, cardio and core training. This everchanging class is great for beginners as well as the hard-core fitness fanatic. Cost $40, BHFC members do not need to register. Th: 5:45-6:45 p.m. April 2-May 7 Outdoor Boot Camp A sure-to-get results outdoor exercise class, this intense training includes increased strength and cardio endurance with calorie burning and fat loss. To measure results, recruits will perform a simplified fitness test at the beginning and end of camp. Cost $50, BHFC member $20. M & W: 5:30-6:30 p.m. April 13-May 20 Pilates on the Mat Pilates results into a balanced and aligned body. Class will focus on core stability, flexibility, strength & tension release. Cost $30, BHFC member do not need to register. W: 7:00-8:00 p.m. April 1-May 6 Intro to Ballroom Dance Lessons Learn how to do basic patterns in the waltz, foxtrot, rumba, cha-cha, swing and more. M: 7:15-8:00 p.m. April 27-June 22 (no class 5/25) Combo Prenatal Yoga & Prenatal Water Exercise The combination of these two classes will give you the breathing focus & concentration needed in delivery along with strength, endurance & protection from back pain. The key elements to this program are: R=Resistance, I=Intervals, P=Power, P=Plyo, E=Endurance, D=Diet. This high intensity workout consists of segments of weight training, sports drills, kickboxing and polymetrics. It is sure to make you sweat! Cost $40, BHFC members do not need to register. The fiercely fun workout class based on pop, rock and hip hop music.
