CLASS DESCRIPTION
Introduction to Yoga (55 minutes)
Introduction to Yoga works by providing the basics of yoga to its practitioners. It is a foundation class that aims
to improve your range of motion, flexibility, balance, coordination, posture, and abdominal strength.
Step (55 minutes)
Step is an energizing workout that burns calories and shapes your muscles. Step uses height adjustable steps to
work your glutes, abs and thighs.
Gentle Yoga (55 minutes)
A gentle comprehensive yoga style focusing on breath control, whole body stretching, strength, relaxation
stress relief and well-being of mind and body.
TRI BLAST (45 minutes)
A 45-minute circuit training class that is Tabata based with a focus on legs, glutes and abs at 15-minute
intervals for each muscle group.
Vinyasa Yoga (55 minutes)
Vinyasa yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of yoga
classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together
and become like a dance. The breath becomes an important component because the teacher will instruct you
to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.
Core Blaster (30 minutes)
30-Minute Abs is a half hour of intense core work. Set to upbeat music, you’ll work your entire core and learn
new exercises to help sculpt the body! This class is for all fitness levels, and is a great way to fit a quick but
challenging workout into your busy day.
Power Yoga (55 minutes)
Power yoga is a general term used in the West to describe a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style
yoga. Power yoga does not follow a set series of poses, so classes can vary widely. It emphasizes strength and
flexibility,
NEW
Swing Yoga (55 minutes) (maximum 10 per class)
Swing Yoga is a new and innovative yoga discipline that uses hammocks with adjustable handles in order to
perform the different poses. The one hour-long class is suitable for beginners and promotes stretching,
flexibility and balance. The use of the swings enables participants to feel more secure and places minimal
pressure on the muscles as the hammock carries the bulk of the body’s weight.
Swing Yoga focuses on the development and flexibility of the spine, hamstrings and hip flexors. The majority
of the poses also work towards improving core strength and improving postural stability. The use of swings
with adjustable handles also allows each individual to determine the level of stretching they can perform as
per their respective range of motion.
Pilates (55 minutes)
Pilates is one of the most popular types of exercise to work your deep core muscles. You will also find it to be a
great way to improve your range of motion, flexibility, balance, coordination, posture, and abdominal strength.
Zumba (55 minutes)
Zumba is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party!
