It is a foundation class that aims to improve your range of motion, flexibility, balance, coordination, posture, and abdominal strength. Step (55 minutes) Step is an energizing workout that burns calories and shapes your muscles. Step uses height adjustable steps to work your glutes, abs and thighs. Gentle Yoga (55 minutes) A gentle comprehensive yoga style focusing on breath control, whole body stretching, strength, relaxation stress relief and well-being of mind and body. TRI BLAST (45 minutes) A 45-minute circuit training class that is Tabata based with a focus on legs, glutes and abs at 15-minute intervals for each muscle group. Vinyasa Yoga (55 minutes) Vinyasa yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. The breath becomes an important component because the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. Core Blaster (30 minutes) 30-Minute Abs is a half hour of intense core work. Set to upbeat music, you’ll work your entire core and learn new exercises to help sculpt the body! This class is for all fitness levels, and is a great way to fit a quick but challenging workout into your busy day. Power Yoga (55 minutes) Power yoga is a general term used in the West to describe a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. Power yoga does not follow a set series of poses, so classes can vary widely. It emphasizes strength and flexibility, NEW Swing Yoga (55 minutes) (maximum 10 per class) Swing Yoga is a new and innovative yoga discipline that uses hammocks with adjustable handles in order to perform the different poses. The one hour-long class is suitable for beginners and promotes stretching, flexibility and balance. The use of the swings enables participants to feel more secure and places minimal pressure on the muscles as the hammock carries the bulk of the body’s weight. Swing Yoga focuses on the development and flexibility of the spine, hamstrings and hip flexors. The majority of the poses also work towards improving core strength and improving postural stability. The use of swings with adjustable handles also allows each individual to determine the level of stretching they can perform as per their respective range of motion. Pilates (55 minutes) Pilates is one of the most popular types of exercise to work your deep core muscles. You will also find it to be a great way to improve your range of motion, flexibility, balance, coordination, posture, and abdominal strength. Zumba (55 minutes) Zumba is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party! LES MILLS CLASSES Body Attack (55 minutes) A full-on, high energy cardio workout to energizing tunes that makes you unstoppable. Body Pump (55 minutes) The original weights class that builds strength, tones your body and pushes you to the limit every time. Body Balance (55 minutes) A yoga, Tai-Chi and Pilates inspired workout that leaves you long, strong, calm, centered and feeling balanced. Body Combat (55 minutes) A challenging mixture of martial arts and endurance which helps unleash strength yo never knew you had. STUDIO CYCLING CLASSES RPM (45 minutes) High-intensity interval training set to tunes that will get your pulse racing. Body Bike (45 minutes) A group exercise class performed on stationary bikes. During the class, the instructor stimulates hill-climbing, sprints and races. STRENGTH & CONDITIONNING CLASS DESCRIPTION Circuit Training (60 minutes) Circuit training is a type of group physical training program conducted by gyms and personal trainers. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1 hour promoting fat loss, camaraderie and team effort. They are designed to push people a little bit further than they would normally push themselves in the gym alone. Classes are held in batches of three times a week on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday or twice a week on Monday and Wednesday at set times. Kickboxercise (60 minutes) Kickboxercise acts as a foundation to traditional kick boxing combined with elements of cardiovascular training for improved fitness, strength and endurance in a fast paced exercise. Classes are held in batches of three times a week on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday or twice a week on Monday and Wednesday at set times.
