Highest USBC certified average (based on a minimum of 21 games) for the 2013-2014 season. 2. Maximum of 440 average per team. Handicap 100% Based on Team Average. 2a. Bowlers 440 doubles average or 220 average for singles will receive no handicap and will not have a minus handicap 3. determined If you have no 21 game average under Tournament rule 1, use your current season average based on 21 games as of 03/16/2015. 4. If you do not qualify under Tournament rule 1 or 4 you will be entered at 220 average. 5. Open to all adult hall of fame bowlers.(18 years or older) 6. Must be a current member of USBC 6a. Participation fee will be waved for this tournament 7. Bowlers who have qualified for a prize of $600.00 or more in any event in a tournament within the previous 12 months must report score, position and amount won for possible re-rating prior to bowling (USBC rule 319D). 8. It is the responsibility of bowlers to verify bowlers average. Failure to use the higher correct average shall disqualify scores if submitted average is lower than correct USBC average (2012-2013). 9. Any situation not covered by USBC or Tournament rules or disputes will be determined by the tournament committee. 10. Teams may mix men and women. 11. Any situation not covered by the tournament rules will be governed by USBC rules.
