"The entrants whose names appear or their authorized replacements hereby agree that the Carteret-Craven
USBC Women's Bowling Association, it's officers and agents shall be liable only to the extent of
returning entry fees if and when these entrants shall be prevented from bowling any event in the
tournament, through delay, unexpected yet necessary schedule change, or premature termination of the
tournament, which may be brought about by war, national emergency or emergencies or causes relating
thereto or resulting therefrom, fires, strikes, lockouts, labor difficulties or other causes beyond the
control of the Carteret-Craven Women's Bowling Association.
I hereby verify eligibility and average of myself and team members, that we all agree to abide by the
tournament rules and regulations.

OPTIONAL FOR ALL EVENTS $2.00 PER PERSON
1. Only members of the Carteret-Craven Women’s Bowling Association are eligible
for participation in this tournament.
2. The tournament will consist of Team Event, Doubles and Singles Events.
Doubles will be bowled prior to Singles. All Events are optional for those
who wish to enter. (2.00 additional fee)
3. Entrants may compete in more than one team event, but scores from the first
team event will count for all events. Entry fees must accompany the entry
form.
4. Handicap will be 100% of 200.
5. Entering Average: A. Last season’s 13-14 highest USBC certified league
average for 21 or more games. B. 2014 Summer Average for 21 games. C. If no
average last year, highest current season average at the time of entry for 21
or more games. D. All others will bowl scratch.

6. Rule 319 a-2 (Average adjustment if more than 10 pins) DOES APPLY (Jan.1st,
2015 will be used for the adjustment).
7. Rule 319 a-3 DOES APPLY, it shall be each bowler’s responsibility to verify
the accuracy of her average in handicap or classified tournaments, whether
originally submitted by the bowler, the team captain or others. Failure to
use the correct average shall disqualify the score if submitted average is
lower than correct average, thereby resulting in a lower classification or
more handicap.
8. Rule 319 d (reporting of prize winnings) DOES NOT APPLY.
9. Rule 319 c (Average Adjustment (Rerating) DOES NOT APPLY.
10. Rule 319 e (Average Adjustment for Entry) DOES NOT APPLY.
11. Closing date for entries March 14th, 2015, and must be in the hands of the
Association Manager with full fees: Linda Thomas 105 Friar Ct. Havelock, NC.

include: Names and all requested averages. Entries will not be accepted if
they are not complete.
12. All prize money is returned 100 percent at a ratio of at least one prize for
each 5 entries.
13. All decisions of the tournament management are final unless an appeal is made
in accordance with USBC Rule 329
