Every participant must be a member of USBC and Las Cruces USBC. 2. The tournament is a handicap tournament and shall consist of Singles, Doubles and All Events. 3. Entering averages will be used in the following order: a. Highest sanctioned average as of January 1, 2015 of 12 games or more. b. Highest current average as of March 01, 2015. c. Highest 2013-14 book average of 12 games or more. d. If none of the above apply, the participant shall bowl scratch. 4. Handicap shall be 100% of the difference between the bowler’s average and 200. 5. All scholarship money shall be returned 100% in the form of SMART Scholarships in the ratio of 1 for every 6 entries. 6. Entries will be processed in the order they are received. 7. All bowlers shall check in at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled time to bowl. 8. Any bowlers arriving late shall start in the frame being bowled, with zero’s given for all missed frames. Any bowler not present and ready to bowl on their turn will be given a zero for that frame. 9. Only bowlers and tournament officials are allowed in the bowling area. No family members or coaches are permitted in the bowling area during tournament play. 10. USBC Code of Conduct shall govern the Tournament. No alcohol, electronic devices, foul language or obscene gestures will be permitted. A first offense will result in a warning. A second offense will result in disqualification from the Tournament. 11. The Dress Code requires collared shirts or USBC shirts to be worn by all participants. No tank tops, hats or other inappropriate attire, as determined by Tournament Management, shall be worn by Tournament participants during the Tournament. 12. Any protests must be submitted in writing to the Tournament Director within 48 hours of the completion of the Tournament. Any rules not covered herein shall be governed by the Las Cruces USBC Board and/or the USBC rules. 13. Awards will be provided by Las Cruces USBC. All scholarship winners will be announced March 22, 2015 at 1:00 pm. 14. All entries submitted must be accompanied by all required fees.
