Meals take on a special meaning at Food Outreach CALLING ALL Our organization has been the nutrition expert for people living with life-threatening illnesses for more than 25 years. We have grown from serving seven clients battling HIV/AIDS in 1988 to providing 561.505 meals in 2014 for more than 2,000 clients living with either HIV/AIDS or cancer. Food Outreach’s A Tasteful Affair 27 is Sunday, April 19, 2015 at the Four Seasons–St. Louis, and we need you! This is the largest fundraiser of the year for Food Outreach, drawing a hungry crowd of more than 1,500 ready to sip and savor the most delectable treats in town: YOURS! This year’s theme: LIVE COOKING STATION Let your chef create their masterpiece LIVE in front of an anticipated 1,500 attendees. Guests love to interact with culinary experts! Limited Stations Available. Live cooking stations serve around 8001,000 bite- sized samples from 2-5:30PM. We provide the atmosphere (oxygen, tables and linens included) to make space the final FUNtier. Feel free to decorate your landing zone and bring promotional material to hand out. SPACE Help us celebrate by showcasing your company’s culinary talent! Blast off and explore the gastronomic galaxy with us from 2-5:30pm. Participation Options: We are giving special recognition to the culinary crews who go above and beyond for Food Outreach. We’re teaming up with St. Louis Magazine and Sauce Magazine to find culinary champions in these three categories: Theme/Decor Savory Sweet PASSED SELECTIONS We ask you to provide approximately 500 600 donated pieces. Be as creative as you’d like. Cold bite-sized items are perfect. Volunteers will pass your samples on silver trays with your business card displayed. Delivery is simple: coordinate a drop off time with us, or we can arrange for a volunteer to pick up your donated pieces.
