This person is on the cutting edge of what’s happening in the social media space, expertly connecting with key social influencers to create relationships that result in stimulating conversations, brand awareness, and registrations. Responsibilities: • Define, comprehend and reflect multiple customer personalities across various events • Identify key social influencers in targeted areas • Consistently, constantly, and thoughtfully cultivate social media relationships with influencers and their audiences • Facilitate the distribution of created content throughout social media, placing it in the view of the desired audience • Daily integration with an influencer management platform to track campaigns and results • Stay up to date on new social media tools, best practices and how other organizations are using them so OmniForce can continue to be an early adopter of these technologies • Assist with development and management of social media outreach strategy. Includes helping determine project goals, research, measurement metrics, conceptualizing, planning/brainstorming, and execution • Keep up with current web/technological trends and bring new ideas • Assisting with other online projects as needed Qualifications: • Significant experience with social relationship management • 2-4 years interactive marketing experience. Experience working on social media projects for brand initiatives is a huge plus • Personally and/or professionally active on major platforms in the social media space (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Wordpress, etc.) • You have great writing skills and compose compelling & genuine messages • You put your mark on your work and ensure it is outstanding and error-free before submitting • You are highly organized and have a system for keeping a multitude of things in order • You are able to multi-task & are technically savvy • You have great networking skills *Not Required: Interest in marketing analytics, knowledge of Google analytics, SEO & SEM Benefits: In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits and a fun, positive working environment One Last Word: This is not just a skills match but a personality match as well.
