Animal Control Ordinance in EBR
Dogs must be confined at all times either in the
owner's home or fenced yard or on a leash no
longer than 6-feet.
Cats are not required to be on a leash, but they
must be confined to the owner's yard or home or
be under the physical control of the owner.

Are You Prepared?
The holidays are upon us. Practice
safety with your decorations.
Do you have good lighting around your
home? It is a deterrent to criminal
activity.
Lock your vehicles at all times.

Sherwood Golf course had a name
change to Legacy and is open for
membership.
Stan and Michele McDaniel have a new
grandson, 7 lbs 6 oz at birth.
Glen Coats celebrated a birthday on
August 8th.
Glen and Laverne Coats celebrated 60
years of wedded bliss on Sept 3rd.
Art Hymel celebrated a birthday on
September 14th.
Viki Guillot celebrated her birthday on
Oct 31st.
The landscaping committee has done it
again, the flowers are beautiful!
If your dog becomes a nuisance, you may be fined.
Examples of a nuisance would be running at large,
attacking other people or animals, chasing cars,
making excessive noise, turning over garbage cans
or damaging, soiling or defecating on property
other than the owner's.
Failure to comply may result in misdemeanor
summons and court action.
