The January 28, 2015 letter (enclosed) provides an accurate and detailed breakdown of the estimated search time and duplication costs associated with your request. Please submit your advance payment in the amount of $24,508.24 within 20 working days from the date of this letter. If you are dissatisfied with my action on your appeal, you may file a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the judicial district in which you reside or have your principal place of business, the judicial district in which the requested records are located, or the District of Columbia, in accordance with 5 U.S.C. § 552(a)(4)(B).
