JUNIOR TREASURY ANALYST
Main context :
Within the European Treasury Center for the Benefits & Rewards Services
activity of Sodexo, the Junior Treasury Analyst will integrate a team of 4
members: the Treasurer, the Cash Manager, a Financial Analyst and a Treasury
& Financial Analyst.
The scope of European Treasury Center activities is wide and diverse. They
range from the management of the EU zero balancing cash pooling to the
BeLux Cash Management and Equity Management. In addition to that, the
European Treasury Center is also in charge of the worldwide implementation of
a single Treasury Management System in every Benefits & Rewards Services
entity. Lastly, it is holder of an Electronic Money Issuer Licence and is liable for
the issuing of electronic cards in Europe.
Duties and responsibilities :
1. Controlling

Realize the monthly computing and reconciliation of financial interests ;
Analyse the variance of results with forecast and budget ;
Monthly control between Accounting System and Treasury Management
System ;
Responsible for the reporting of figures in the group reporting tool
(Actual / Forecast / Budget) ;
Daily Cash Management
Reconcile the bank transactions with the forecasts for BeLux entities ;
Integrate/Adapt the daily forecasts for payments and receivables ;
Ensure the balancing of accounts ;
Manage the investments in the Treasury Management System ;
3. EU Treasury Projects
Education and experience requirements:

You have a Master degree in Finance or Economics.
A first professional experience in Controlling is welcome.
Fluency in English and French is required. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
Good communication and listening skills in an international
environment.
Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to manage multiple tasks – deadlines.
