Call for Papers and Expression of Interest
2nd TSE-MaCCI ENTER-Workshop on Competition Economics
September 24 and 25, 2015 in Toulouse
Toulouse School of Economics (TSE) and The Mannheim Centre for Competition and Innovation (MaCCI) invite
submissions in applied microeconomic theory, industrial organization, and regulatory economics by doctoral
students. Students within the ENTER network receive priority.
This is an ideal opportunity advanced students (ideally one year before going to the Job Market ) to present
their work to faculty members from Toulouse and Mannheim as well as other doctoral students working in the
same research area. We plan to have 6 to 10 presentations and the same number of discussions. At least two
faculty members from Toulouse and two from Mannheim will participate in the workshop.
Submissions: If you want to present please submit your paper and short cv. Only full papers will be considered.
Please also indicate whether you would be interested in discussing a paper if your paper is not selected for
presentation. If you do not want to submit a paper, but want to discuss a paper, please send a short cv and
indicate your interest in discussing a paper. Deadline is June 30, 2015.

Time and location: The workshop will take place from September 24 to September 25, 2015 in
Toulouse at TSE, Manufacture des Tabacs, 21 Allée de Brienne.
Costs: The organizers cover in general two nights of hotel and workshop costs (two lunches and dinner on
Thursday). We do not cover travel costs.
Logistics: From Blagnac Airport :
 by taxi from the airport to the Workshop venue. The Trip costs between 20 € to 30 € and takes 20 minutes,
 by the airport shuttle to the City-Centre
Bus stop is in front of door C on ground level (arrivals)
Airport shuttle leaves every 20 minutes reaching bus/metro stop “Compans Caffarelli” (10 minutes walking
distance to the Workshop venue) . Fare: single fare: 5,50 €.
