Spartan Race - Description
The Spartan Race is the world’s largest obstacle race designed to push your limits, test your
strength and challenge your endurance!
Each Spartan Race strives to surprise you - there will be mud, fire, water, walls, barbed wire and
even more mud, but preparation for the unknown is a must! The Spartan Race Series takes
place in locations all over the UK and with various distances; they are perfect for everyone from
beginners to the professional Spartans!
Distances
Spartan Sprint – 5km+ / 15+ Obstacles - A challenging sprint obstacle trail designed to get you
off your couch and start living. This event is perfect for all abilities!
Spartan Super – 13km+ / 21+ Obstacles - The obstacle course race provides an 8+ mile
battlefield of insanely fun mud running designed to test your physical strength and mental
resolve.
Spartan Beast – 20km+ / 26+ Obstacles This event claims to be the "toughest race on the
planet" - THIS IS THE SPARTAN BEAST!
The Spartan Junior race series is back for 2015!
The Junior Spartan Race was created to help Junior Spartans foster a life-long commitment to
fitness and health. These events provide an opportunity for young athletes to develop and test
their fitness in an exciting, outdoor environment where having FUN and getting DIRTY is
mandatory! Racers of all athletic abilities are encouraged to connect with their inner warrior as
they run, walk, crawl and climb their way through a fun-filled obstacle course that helps them
discover just how SPARTAN STRONG they really are! Junior Spartan Races are held in
conjunction with all 2015 UK Spartan Sprints and Supers.

If you have already registered to run with Spartan this year, you can still fundraise for Eddie’s through
