Garland Faith Community SDA Church Finance Committee Planning for a Capital Campaign: Following our initial meeting with Dr. Lilya Wagner and her well received presentation at our last Business meeting, I would like for us to come up with the following information based on each personal view of what our church needs in terms of future growth and planning…….this will help us to develop our Case Statement which is the next step as outlined by Dr. Wagner.
