Early Registration Donation before April 2,2015 is Adults $40 & Kids $20. After this date, the
Donation is Adults $50 & Kids $25.* All kids must have parental or guardian signed permission

pick-up a copy at your local sporting/retail stores. Their will be a total of 25 slots for Teams fishing
from shore and 75 slots for those fishing from a boat.

Parents/Guardians entering their child(ren) into this one day fishing tournament assume all liability for
any and all accidents or injuries that may occur. They assume all responsibility for any and all actions by
their children. CMNH and its sponsors, contributors, volunteers or organizers are not liable for any
injuries or accidents incurred while participating in the May 2nd, 2015 "Fishing for Kids" Tournament.

EVENT INFORMATION
Type of Event: One Day Fishing Event on Saturday May 2, 2015
Where: Lake Allatoona in Cherokee County Ga./ Glade Marina
Times: Tournament starts at 7am and ends at 2:30pm. All fish in No Later than 3pm.
Registration: Beginning at 6am thru 6:50am at Glade Marina. Refreshments will be served.
Participation: Minimum Estimated participation is 50 people (25 Teams of two)/Maximum estimation is
100 teams of 2 or 200 people. Estimated breakdown of Adults versus Kids (Under 16) is 60% Adults and
40% Kids.
Breakdown of Fishing Venue: 25 teams of two fishing from Shore/75 teams from boats-MAX
Types of Fish Category: Largemouth Bass/Black Crappie/Striped Bass

Safety Tips: (A) Everyone should have a personal floatation device to be worn when on or near the water
while fishing. (B) If fishing from shore, wear sturdy shoes that support your feet and ankles when
walking on rocks etc.. (C) Have a cell phone readily accessible to use in case of an emergency (D) Pack
Rain Gear, water, first aid items, etc... to help you deal with weather conditions. (E) Always be mindful of
your surroundings (Animals/Reptiles/Stumps/Etc...) to avoid unnecessary problems. (F) Put Safety first in
everything you do
OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS OF THE MAY 2ND, 2015 CMNH FISHING FOR KIDS TOURNAMENT
1) All participants MUST register and pay before fishing.
2) The Fishing Tournament officially begins at 7am & Ends at 2:30pm. (No Fishing Before)
3) The Official Weigh-in for the Tournament ends at 3:30pm.
4) Observe and respect other participants around you at all times.
5) Alcohol or controlled substances are not allowed at this event.
6) The biggest fish category for both fishing venues will be determined by weight.
7) Live Bait and Artificial will be allowed as long as it is within the prescribed limits of the Georgia
Department Sport Fishing Regulations/Department of Natural Resources.
8) Boats will be sent off in different flights dependent upon their registration time. Those teams fishing
from shore will be given a map with info on fishing spots available around Glade Marina.
9) Kids MUST HAVE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN with them at all times and have their signed release.
10) Participants MUST be present to win a prize.
11) Only keep fish you will be consuming that weekend or may qualify for a prize.
12) All decisions made by the Tournament Director are final.
LIABILITY AND DECISIONS
13) Each participant that registers to participate in the CMNH Fishing for Kids Fishing Tournament agrees
to hold the sponsors, contributors, organizers, and event volunteers harmless from any liability of any
nature and kind for any injuries and or damages suffered during or after the period of the CMNH Fishing
for Kids Fishing Tournament.
14) There is no minimum age for participants; however, all minors MUST be with a Parent or Guardian.
15) All participants agree to abide by the Official Rules & Regulations and agree that failure to comply
with any of the rules will result in automatic disqualification, forfeiture of all prizes/recognition as a prize
winner.
16) The organizers reserve the right to amend, add to, remove or otherwise change any of the rules and
regulations for this event, without prior notice, if it is deemed by them to be in the best interest of all
parties involved in the Tournament.
17) All participants agree to give CMNH Fishing for Kids Fishing Tournament full rights for promotional or
commercial purposes of their likeness in any photograph and or video taken during the Tournament.
