2015 Gleneden Beach 4th of July Vendor Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Gleneden Beach 4th of July Parade Craft Fair. We
have made changes this year, so please read the guidelines carefully.
Pre-registration is required by June 7, 2015.
1. Please fill out the vendor registration form and mail it as soon as possible, as space is limited to 40. We
will not be able to accept vendor applications after June 7th. Do not mail a check with your
application. You will be notified after June 7th, via phone, to submit your check.
2. Applications received after the 1st 40 will be placed on a waiting list.
3. The vendor fee is $50.00 and the fee entitles each vendor to approximately a 10’ x 10’ space to be
assigned by vendor coordinator. There are no refunds.
4. The craft fair will start at 9:00 am and close at 3:00 pm. No early break downs.
5. Vendors may arrive and unload between the hours of 5:30 am and 8:30 am.
a. Please unload your vehicle first;
b. Move your vehicle to the vendor parking area; then
c. Set up your booth.
d. Vendors must be ready to sell by 9:00 am.
6. We will not be able to accommodate any late comers and you will forfeit your vendor fee if you’ve
not checked with the vendor coordinator by 8:30 am.
7. Vendors are required to park in the designated parking area only.
8. All vendors must stay until the close of the Craft Fair at 3:00 pm. If you break down early you may not
be eligible to participate the following year. A “Sold Out” sign may be placed in your booth if you do
sell out, but your canopy, tables, etc. must remain in place.
9. All vendors must leave their area clean at the end of the day. Please dispose of trash properly.
10. Use of tobacco products within the vendor boundaries is PROHIBITED.
11. Pets are not allowed in any booth and vendors may not have personal pets in their booth.
12. Vendors need to provide their own tables, chairs, garbage can(s), canopies and other equipment for set
up.
Dear Vendor:
It is time to start planning the 21st Gleneden Beach Fourth of July Parade and we invite you to be a part of it!
This year’s parade and craft fair will take place on Saturday, July 4th. Besides our craft fair, the following
events will also be a part of our celebration:
Breakfast: 8:00 to 11:00 am at the Community Club
Parade: Parade starts at 1:00 pm.
Craft and Food Vendors – Please consider decorating your booth.
You may become a vendor by filling out the vendor application. Mail the form to Louise Cremeen, PO Box
1117, Gleneden Beach, OR 97388. Registration is due by June 7, 2015.
*** Notice *** Applications for vendors will be accepted on a priority bases only. If you were a vendor in
2014 and received a letter from the committee, then you will have priority 1.
If you were not a vendor in 2014 and wish to be a vendor for this year’s event, you will have priority 2.
Priority 2 means you will be placed on a waiting list, and if the priority list 1 is not filled you will be accepted
on a first-received bases. Priority 2 applicants please do not send a check at this time. If you are accepted as
a vendor for 2015, you will be notified and at that time you may submit your check.
Sorry, but we have room for only so many vendors.
