Vendor further agrees to save, hold harmless and indemnify Banks Sunset Park Association, it’s Board of Directors, Officers, Agents and Employees from all claims, demands, liabilities and obligations, including attorneys’ fees and costs that they or any of them may be required to pay by reason of incident to the use of Sunset Park facilities by the applicant or any of applicant’s Agents, Volunteers, Participants, or Invitees.
