Vendor spaces are 15’ X 15’ outdoors on baseball grassy outfields. Vendors must provide their own canopies for shade. Electricity is
limited and must be pre-arranged with the Vendor Coordinator (first come, first serve).
Pets are not allowed on Park Property.
No Political or Religious booths are allowed

All vendors must provide a certificate of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 naming Banks Sunset Park Association as an
additional insured (usually provided free of charge by your insurance provider).
INDEMNITY:
Vendors will monitor any safety issues to other personnel that is reasonably necessary to protect persons and property
involved pursuant to this application. Vendor further agrees to save, hold harmless and indemnify Banks Sunset Park Association, it’s
Board of Directors, Officers, Agents and Employees from all claims, demands, liabilities and obligations, including attorneys’ fees and
costs that they or any of them may be required to pay by reason of incident to the use of Sunset Park facilities by the applicant or any of
applicant’s Agents, Volunteers, Participants, or Invitees.
