Bar Arrangements for Private Charters
The GOODTIME III has four full service bars serving soft drinks, beer, wine, and hand crafted cocktails throughout the ship. The standard offering for a private charter is a cash bar for your guests to purchase their own
beverages. We also have several alternative ways for you to provide beverages for your guests that will simplify
and speed up their bar experience by eliminating the need for them to pay for each beverage.
Host Bar Arrangements
It is our goal to make planning your event as simple and straight forward as possible, and a hosted bar does just
that. Simply select one of the four levels of host bar and your guests can get their beverages without having to
worry about individual transactions.

These rates apply to the “standard” 3 hour charter. Should you add time to your party there is an additional charge of
$3.00 per person for each additional 1/2 hour with the Crew’s, Captain’s or Admiral’s Host Bar.
The Soda Bar would be an additional $1.00 per person for each additional 1/2 hour.
Tabulated Bar Arrangements
Another great option is to set up a tabulated bar. We can fully customize a tabulated bar to meet your tastes and budget.
You can choose which of our types and brands of beverages are available for your guests to put on the tab,
and you can even limit your guests with drink tickets. A tabulated bar must be settled at the conclusion of the cruise.
These options will help with budgeting and planning your event. All hosted and tabulated bar arrangements are subject to
appropriate 8% tax and 17% gratuity.
