The Little Lambs Christian Nursery School was
organized in 1978 to provide an introduction to
Christian attitudes and teachings for the three
and four year old. A high caliber curriculum is
offered by a qualified staff. A cooperative
nursery school, Little Lambs offers interested
parents the opportunity to become involved in
their
child's
pre-school
education
by
participating in the classroom.
Little Lambs is located in Grace Bible Chapel, an
independent, non-denominational fellowship of
local evangelical Christians. In keeping with the
Bible, Grace Bible Chapel makes no distinction of
race, nationality, or religion. Our classrooms are
large, bright, and clean and our facility includes a
large room which we use as our gym and a new
playground complete with rubberized safety
mulch.

GOALS
1. To provide an introduction to Christian
attitudes and teachings.
2. To teach the basic concepts in readiness
for school, such as numbers, colors,
letters, and shapes.
3. To learn to work and play together.
4. To encourage the development of large
and small muscle co-ordination through
physical activities.
2 ½ year olds: Our 2 ½ year old program is a
first introduction to school where your child will
make new friends, learn to share and co-operate
in a group environment, and experience the fun
and enthusiasm of learning.
3 year olds: A preschool experience that
includes open center time, circle time, show &
tell, art, music, playground or gym time, reading,
and creative play. Learning is hands-on, through
socialization, with an emphasis on manners,
mutual respect, exploration and imagination.
4 year olds: A Kindergarten readiness program
that helps to prepare your child for school by
teaching language, writing, math and science
focusing on both small and large muscle skills.
The students are encouraged to grow at their
own pace in a loving structured environment.
ELIGIBILITY
Pre-schoolers who are 2 ½ are eligible to attend
Little Lambs 2 Day session.
Pre-schoolers who turn 3 by October 1st are
eligible to attend Little Lambs 3 Day session.
Pre-schoolers who turn 4 by October 1st are
eligible to attend Little Lambs 4 Day session.

• 3 Day morning session on Monday,
Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00-11:30AM

REGISTRATION FEE & TUITION
Children who meet eligibility requirements may
register now.
A $35.00 non-refundable
registration fee must accompany the registration
form along with the first installment payment.
Refunds will be made
with written notice up to
and including July 1st. After this date, the money
is non-refundable.
Tuition is an annual fee due upon enrollment,
however, for convenience; we suggest our
installment plan with no interest charge. If you
choose this approach, the total annual tuition is
divided into ten equal installments.
One
installment is required with the registration fee
as a deposit. The remaining installments are paid
the
first of each month, commencing September
1st. There will be a $15 charge for all checks that
are returned by the bank. Reimbursements are
made for illness certified by a doctor that extends
over two consecutive weeks or more.
HEALTH INFORMATION
We require that your child's immunization
program be current. These guidelines will help:
DPT - series of 3 plus booster at 18 months
Polio - series of 3
Measles, Mumps, & Rubella - 12 months
Hib – one dose after l2 months
Varicella - one dose after 12 months
Pneumococcal Conjugate – one dose after 12
months
• Lead Test – one test at 12 months and one test
at 24 months or one test after the age of 2 years
• Influenza Vaccine – one dose annually
between September 1 and December 31 of
each school year

The completed universal health form or religious
exemption form must be submitted on the first
day of school or before the student begins.
COOPERATIVE SYSTEM
The cooperative system will utilize interested
parents on a rotating basis. Each participating
family will co-op for 3 weeks over the course of
the school year. It should be mentioned that the
responsibility of the cooperating parent includes
bringing the snack for the class, helping the
teachers in their activities, assisting with clean
up, and participating with the children. It is a
wonderful opportunity to observe your child
interacting in a group situation. Parents are
encouraged to bring special interests or talents to
share with the class as long as they plan these
with the teacher before their participation week.
