Summary
Graham-Pelton Consulting, Inc. is seeking an innovative Culture Officer/Organizational
Development Specialist to provide execution of recruiting, onboarding, and talent development
activities for Graham-Pelton offices globally, particularly in Metro New York, Boston,
Washington, DC, and the United Kingdom. This position will work closely with the firm’s
Manager, Strategy and Operations and will provide a full range of generalist services to the firm.
This is a full-time position based in Summit, New Jersey.
Responsibilities

Play a central role strengthening, maintaining and infusing the Graham-Pelton brand into
all internal initiatives as well as through client service delivery

Serve as primary liaison to Insperity, Graham-Pelton’s provider of human resources
services, in order to maximize the integration of Insperity’s offering with the firm

Implement recruiting, onboarding, and talent development initiatives for a creative and
innovative professional services firm
Recruitment:

Manage the recruitment life cycle process from sourcing strategy through final selection
of candidates, working as liaison between President and Manager, Strategy and
Operations and candidates

Design consistent interviewing instruments and gather timely feedback on interviews

Develop and maintain consistent pipeline of candidates for all levels within firm

Serve as expert on LinkedIn Recruiter

Manage and promote Graham-Pelton’s brand through LinkedIn Recruiter; Leverage tool
for both recruitment and business development

Research and network proactively to develop expertise on the Development Industry, its
talent and recruiting best practices
Onboarding and Culture Management:

Redesign onboarding experience for new employees with President and Manager,
Strategy and Operations

Manage and implement employee onboarding and engagement initiatives

Manage new hires to relay important documents for employment and ensure seamless
transition to the firm

Participate on and implement recommendations of the Culture Task Force

Talent Management:

Design and execute performance appraisal process for all employees

Identify, develop, and implement ongoing opportunities for professional development of
employees

Coordinate and implement bi-annual company meetings and conference travel for
Graham-Pelton employee
Additional Responsibilities:

Help with any other firm initiatives, internship program, and other projects as required.
Required Skills

Entrepreneurial spirit

Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, verbal and written;
the ability communicate with a diverse range of individuals.

Emotional intelligence and sound judgment.

Demonstrated command of multiple human resource channels including recruitment,
onboarding, and talent development.

Excellent critical thinking skills; ability to plan ahead and plan over a 1-2 year time frame;
problem analysis and resolution at both strategic and functional levels.

Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and relationships.

Attention to detail.

Prior experience with a professional services firm.

Ability to travel on a limited basis.

A dedication to keep pace with a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Ability to thrive on change, innovation, and teamwork.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter,
LinkedIn, etc.)

Experience with LinkedIN Recruiter, Salesforce, TargetRecruit.

Experience in fundraising/development a plus.
