Chalk Art Festival
Students wishing to participate in the Chalk Art Festival must sign-up through the web portal online. Students can access the website
by scanning the UR code on the flyer posted throughout the school.
Boys Basketball Tryouts
Tryouts for Boys Basketball will take place immediately after school on May 20 th and May 21st in the Big Gym. See Coach Levine
for paperwork and details.
Cross Country Sign-ups
If you like running and you like outdoors then cross country is for you. Sign-up with Coach Gonzalez in Bu 19.
LA Mission College Rep Visit
A representative from Mission College will be here every Friday. Sign up to see her in the college office.
LA Valley College
The LA Valley college representative will be here every Wednesday from 8:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Sign up at the college office to get
more information on applying, classes, and special programs to help you while in college.

Textbook Returns
Still holding on to your old textbooks??? Unload the burden and turn them in now! Textbooks can be returned any day to the
Textbook room during lunch. Don’t wait until you are a Senior to start clearing your textbook debts. Start now!!! Go see Mrs.
Terjanyan or Mrs. Keller for more details.
Faculty
STOP Week – Stop Week will begins May 18th. Any activity, field trip, etc. that will cause students to miss class will not be
approved for the calendar starting May 18 th and will continue to the end of the semester. Students need to be in class to prepare for
upcoming semester finals.
BIC Meal Carts
Please remember to return the BIC meal carts to the cafeteria by 8:30 a.m. every day. Cafeteria staff must clean carts daily and
retrieve any unopened milk before nutrition.
Do you have an announcement for the weekly bulletin or a PA? Forms for the bulletin or PA may be obtained in the Main Office. Bulletin announcements are due
Thursdays by 11:00 a.m. and PA announcements should be submitted the day before it is read. PA announcements are read daily, except on Tuesday, during BIC.
Master Calendar Requests Our master calendar is online at our website, www.granths.org. Please look at this calendar to check for date or facility availability when
planning activities and events. After looking at the calendar for your desired date, complete a Master Calendar Request form and a Facilities Request form (if
applicable) and submit both to Mrs. Keller.
