STALL CANCELLATIONS
ALL stall cancellations must be received in writing (fax,
email or post) in the Livestock & Entries Department by
5pm on Friday, 19 June 2015 for stall refunds to be
paid. After that date a partial refund of 50% will be
given provided we can resell the stall.
Entry fees will only be returned for veterinary
reasons.
EXHIBITOR TICKET ALLOCATION
Exhibitor Tickets are allocated on the basis of 2 tickets
per STALL, a maximum of 4 tickets will be mailed out in
the exhibitor pack. If eligible, additional tickets can be
requested by contacting the office.

Single membership costs £55.00 and joint membership costs £83.00.

Exhibitors will be supplied with ONE
Livestock Park label for livestock wagons
or trailers. This label is NOT valid for any
other park.
CARAVANS & MOTORHOMES
If you wish to bring a caravan or motorhome you must
purchase a permit for the duration of the Show. This
costs £65.00 regardless of the number of nights
occupied.
Caravans/Motorhomes can be brought to the show
after 2pm on Friday 10th July. Exhibitors must vacate
the park by 5pm on Friday 17th July.
Please indicate on the entry form if you are bringing a
caravan or motorhome or sleeping in your
trailer/wagon.
You should display the permit at all times as the
parks will be regularly monitored for caravans and
motorhomes without permits.
